This week’s Coach’s Corner is about one of the most important things of any training program:
Consistency.
Not motivation.
Not hype.
Not the perfect program.
Just showing up; over and over again.
Motivation feels great… when it’s there.
But it’s unreliable.
Some days you’re fired up.
Some days you’re tired, busy, stressed, or just not feeling it.
If you only train when you feel motivated, you’ll always be starting over.
The people who make the most progress:
• Show up even when they don’t feel like it
• Stick to a schedule instead of waiting for motivation
• Focus on small, repeatable habits
• Understand that not every workout will feel amazing
They don’t rely on feelings.
They rely on routine.
Fitness isn’t built in one hard workout.
It’s built through:
• Weeks of showing up
• Months of steady effort
• Years of stacking small wins
Consistency compounds.
Miss one workout? No big deal.
Miss weeks at a time? That’s where progress stalls.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be consistent.
Some days will feel great.
Some days will feel average.
Both count.
Because the goal isn’t one perfect workout, it’s building a habit that lasts.
Keep showing up.
We’ll handle the rest.
